Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days after confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can easily follow its journey.
Gift Boxes & Personalized Orders
Our ready-made gift boxes are beautifully packaged and arrive ready to give.
If you've chosen the Create Your Boxoption, simply add your selected products, a gift box, and a personalized gift card to your cart. At checkout, write "Create My Gift Box" in the *Order Notes* field. Our team will carefully arrange your selected items in a beautiful gift box and prepare it with attention to every detail.
Returns & Exchanges
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is incorrect or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
