1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Little Nest, hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant," and the users of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer."

By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Business

Little Nest is an online store offering:

  • Gift boxes for babies and young children;

  • Baby and children's products;

  • Accessories and toys;

  • Personalized gifts;

  • "Create Your Own Gift Box" service.

All products are offered subject to availability.

3. Registration and Orders

Orders may be placed either with or without creating an account on the website.
To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Select the products you would like to purchase;

  2. Add them to your cart;

  3. Enter the required shipping information;

  4. Choose your preferred payment method;

  5. Confirm your order.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Little Nest reserves the right to contact the Customer if clarification regarding the order is required.

4. Create Your Own Gift Box Service

Customers can create their own personalized gift box by selecting the products they would like us to arrange.
To use this service, you must:

  • Add your selected products to the cart.

  • Add a gift box.

  • Optionally add a personalized gift card.

  • Enter "Create My Gift Box" in the Order Notes field at checkout.

Little Nest reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to the arrangement and presentation of the selected products to ensure the best possible gift presentation.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation.
Shipping costs are charged separately and are displayed before the order is completed.
Little Nest reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Payment Methods

Orders can be paid using:

  • Cash on Delivery;

  • Bank Transfer;

  • Any other payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

For orders paid by bank transfer, processing begins once the payment has been received in the Merchant's bank account.

7. Shipping

Orders are delivered by our courier partners within Bulgaria.
The estimated delivery time is up to 2 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Little Nest is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Returned products must:

  • Be unused;

  • Be in saleable condition;

  • Include the original labels and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product received is incorrect or defective.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized products;

  • Products made to the Customer's individual specifications;

  • Products created according to the Customer's specific requirements;

  • Personalized gift cards and custom gift boxes made to order.

10. Complaints

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you should contact Little Nest within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
Each complaint is reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, logos, and other content published on this website are the property of Little Nest or are used with the appropriate legal authorization.
Copying, distributing, or using any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Little Nest's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Little Nest reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes become effective upon publication on the website.
